Select Realty was started with one thing in mind, helping you the customer have an enjoyable, satisfying experience throughout your real estate transaction.  Our senior team member and founder, Dee Durland, believed people were not being cared for in a manner she would want for herself.  That was the start of the dream.  We have assembled a team of real estate brokers who share in this philosophy.  We came up with the team concept as a way to better serve our customers.  An individual agent can only have so much knowledge and so much time.  A team on the other hand has a much broader knowledge base as well as schedule flexibiltiy.  These are both extremely advantageuos to our clients.  Each new team member is added with the intent to serve our cleints better.  Team members strengths are noted and their responsibilties are given accordingly.  This allows each team member the opportunity to succeed as well as giving clients the most knowledgable people in the industry.

Our office is located in Henderson CO, between U.S. Hiway 85 and I-76. We specialize in the entire North Metro Denver area as well as working with a great deal of Rural Properties.  We also have agents located and specializing in the Southern part of the Metro Area.
